In this study, a systematic review of the literature published over the past five years was conducted using databases such as PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Latindex, and LILACS, following the PRISMA methodology. A total of 607 articles were identified, of which 17 studies were selected for analysis through narrative synthesis. The aim was to analyze the level of satisfaction of cancer patients with the quality of nursing care, considering the dimensions of care evaluated and the factors associated with such satisfaction. Overall, the included studies encompassed 3,041 adult patients with different oncological conditions. The results showed a moderate to high overall satisfaction with nursing care, which is associated with various factors such as staff technical skills, level of professionalism, and availability of human resources in healthcare services. Likewise, areas for improvement were identified, mainly related to nurse–patient communication, clinical information delivery, and organizational aspects that affect continuity of care. In conclusion, humanized, patient-centered, continuous care accompanied by effective communication significantly contributes to increased satisfaction among oncology patients. Furthermore, the importance of implementing multidimensional interventions is highlighted to strengthen the quality of nursing care, optimizing not only technical aspects of care but also the relational and organizational components of the care process.
