An approach to the scientific problem in Physical Culture is achieved with a contextualization in sport, from a field of knowledge that is very immersed in the globalization of information; The article was intended to practice sports, as a conduit for a solution of the problem from a transformative vision of the environment and / or reality of the researcher. This leads to the need for cultural growth of the researcher in his relationship with the problem to be solved. Based on a diagnosis of that reality, leading the problem through each of its phases, this allowed a process of investigation into a theoretical-practical transformation of the reality of Physical Culture in a given context. Among the methods implemented: holistic dialectic and modeling.
