The companies within their managements generate a series of activities, the same ones that contribute to the fulfillment of the strategic objectives, for which from the higher level the communicational policies that will be developed within the company must be analyzed, elaborated and socialized. In this sense, the importance that business communication takes underpins the proper use of communication standards, which is the driving force behind the actions that the company must carry out, therefore, the objective was to establish the key factors that allow the development of the productivity of companies through business communication, consequently a bibliographic review of the study context and the analysis of the experiences obtained in commercial activity companies was carried out; The research is of a bibliographic type with a qualitative approach, which provides the necessary determinants to analyze its impact on business management. The results established that companies need to activate communication protocols that directly contribute to the development of information, favoring the management of companies that results in efficient productivity.
