The present work analyzes Information and Communication Technologies in education in the context of transformations, because teaching and the educational process must be matched by the changes that are experienced daily in the local, regional and national context. , international and global, where the development of the internet and Information and Communication Technologies have created in people and in society in general an understanding of how to live in the present and to consider major changes in the future. The subject matter of the study is framed in the argument of telematic environments that allow an interaction of communications through a chain of networks to achieve the teaching-learning process in an effective way. All this thanks to the fact that this system that includes educators and students enables them to interact in real time. This has achieved an evolution in education because it has reformed the way of teaching and where the role of the teacher and the student play an important role.
