Graduate tracking has emerged as a key strategy to ensure quality and relevance in higher education within dynamic and globalized contexts. The main objective of this research was to design and validate a comprehensive methodology for the Bolivarian Technological Institute, integrating quantitative and qualitative approaches, supported by national and international frameworks from 2020 to 2025, and incorporating innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence and data analytics. The findings reveal that, although the ITB’s graduate tracking system is already institutionalized, challenges remain regarding information integration, technological infrastructure, and staff training. The proposed methodology addresses these gaps by strengthening curriculum updating, enhancing employability, and positioning the institution as a benchmark in evidence-based educational management.
