Analysis of an archetypal systemic model for the validation of the architectural project

The architectural project does not find easy acceptance in the field of scientific research. It is related more to qualitative knowledge than quantitative. This article delves into the rivalry between matter and ideas that is at the bottom of the problem. As a method of study, the analysis of the systemic model of the design process is invoked. The result is surprising. Science has an intimate relationship with art and even contributes to the impression in the architectural project that desirable poetic and mysterious expression, difficult to understand
from an isolated science.
