System of integral management of the innovation in the companies of production of goods and services

The work is a review of the state of innovation in the Machala, Canton, El Oro province. Through the documentary review and the participant observation in the Pymes of the territory it is observed that the Management of the Innovation is not managed, which is an important element in the competitiveness of the companies independent of its size. Public and private universities should incorporate at least as elective subjects or curricular mesh this subject that contributes to the dynamics of innovation in the territories and also as diplomas for managers and entrepreneurs.
