The present work tries to give a vision from the state of the art of the dynamisation that the management of the knowledge and the innovation in the local development can undertake, taking into account that the knowledge management is a process that helps the organizations to find, select, organize, disseminate and transfer the information and experience necessary to develop activities such as dynamic learning, problem solving, strategic planning and decision making in the strategic problems of the territory in terms of its development.
