As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, the world has experienced a great socio-economic shock; inasmuch as the States have seen the need to regulate norms to deal with this problem. Ecuador has not been the exception, from there, protocols and regulations were created; One of the most transcendental has been the Humanitarian Support Law, which had the objective of promoting the economic and productive reactivation of the country. Due to this, the present scientific article has as a general objective: To determine what has been the impact caused in the rights of the Ecuadorian worker by the promulgation of this law, highly questioned by labor sectors that protect the rights of workers, but defended by the government and by employers. To develop this article, a mixed research approach was applied, with the use of methods such as bibliographic and documentary analysis, inductive and deductive. Based on this, it was possible to establish the impact of the Humanitarian Support Law, its successes and failures, as well as the consequences generated from its entry into force.
