Estimados lectores:
El cuestionamiento a diario de las ciencias sociales y en especial la jurídica, sobre la apertura de sus campos de investigación y su planteamiento metodológico orientado a la solución de los problemas acuciantes de la sociedad actual, son realmente trascedentes. Temas como la democracia, el hambre, la emigración, los modelos económicos, la globalización, los valores, los derechos: a la libertad, a la vida y a la salud, por solo citar algunos, aparecen en el tintero de las disciplinas que se interrelacionan con el comportamiento humano y la sociedad.
De esta manera, la necesaria reformulación epistemológica de cuestiones relacionadas con la enseñanza del derecho y otras ciencias sociales se hace cada día más importante, originado por los niveles de inmovilidad, de superioridad al ser humano y de sobredimensionamiento de las normas jurídicas que suelen aparecer. El derecho a través de sus normas deberá reflejar permanentemente la perspectiva social, con la finalidad de regularizar comportamientos que conlleven a sociedades estables y convivientes, tareas prioritarias y pendientes desde las investigaciones jurídicas.
Por último, es imperativo en este siglo XXI, intensificar y profundizar en las investigaciones sociales por medio de la interdisciplinariedad y la sistematicidad, que nos permita conocer el ser social y sus áreas de incidencias.
