The creation of microenterprises and enterprises aimed at the population of Pedernales and the people who have collaborated with the reconstruction is a government goal aimed at reducing the hotel deficit and houses with overcrowding at the cantonal level. Such situation motivates to present proposals for new business plans that generate new opportunities. Therefore, this article aims to show a study to enhance business plans that support the idea of Hotels based on Containers. A brief analysis of this proposal at an international level and the use of a questionnaire constitute the central element to point out micro-business proposals in charge of the use of containers to be modified and offer an alternative to the hotel sector based on macro and micro location. The results and opinions of the target public reveal the possibility of initiating business plans aimed at this sector.
