The State sovereignty crisis is a work that seeks to reflect the role of the State has been modified by the passage of time because globalization and its elements that it entails have varied it such as: the advancement of technology, the elimination of borders, the flow of capital, the emergence of global organizations, among other aspects. The absolute power of the legally organized organization every day loses strength to make both internal and external decisions independently and autonomous in front of the international community, the agencies created by them and the multinationals. For this reason, this work through the qualitative method using various bibliographic sources of classic and modern authors, seeks to demonstrate that the sovereignty of the state is in crisis in the sense that their role has changed and their sovereign power to self-regulat and self-managenent limited.
