The objective of this research is to analyze the importance and evolution of information search platforms in scientific and educational contexts. The study employs a documentary methodology based on a systematic review of information available in databases such as Scopus, Redalyc, Scientific Electronic Library Online, Dialnet, and Google Scholar, using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses model as its methodological framework. The findings show that, although artificial intelligence represents a significant challenge for research and education, it also contributes to making information platforms more dynamic and continuously evolving. In this context, it is important to establish training processes that improve systematic search strategies and promote quality management in repositories aimed at fostering inclusive, up-to-date, and evolving knowledge. It is concluded that digital tools and platforms have brought about a significant transformation in the current digital era, particularly in processes related to the flow of and access to information. Furthermore, artificial intelligence is positioned as a catalyst capable of fostering new inclusive paradigms in which specialized quality and interoperability contribute to ensuring dynamic, accessible, and equitable knowledge.
