Non-epitheliotropic cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (NE-LCCT) is an uncommon neoplasm in canines, characterized by the proliferation of T lymphocytes in the dermis and subcutaneous tissue without epidermal tropism. Its diagnosis is based on histopathological and immunohistochemical findings, with CD3 being a key marker for its identification. The aim of this study is to determine the efficacy of electrochemotherapy with bleomycin as a therapeutic alternative in a canine with NE-LCCT that presented intolerance to conventional chemotherapy. A case is reported of a 6-year-old neutered male Mucuchíes dog, with multiple dermal nodules distributed on the back and loin, diagnosed through incisional biopsy and immunohistochemistry with positivity for CD3 and Vimentin. Initially, the dog received chemotherapy with doxorubicin, but developed severe adverse effects, so intralesional electrochemotherapy was chosen, achieving complete remission without recurrences for three years. Clinical follow-up revealed a favorable evolution, with no metastasis or progression of the lymphoma, although a new lesion of different etiology was detected and treated surgically. This case suggests that electrochemotherapy may be an effective therapeutic option for NE-LCCT, offering an alternative to systemic chemotherapy in patients with intolerance or limited response. Additional studies with a larger number of cases and prolonged follow-ups are required to establish evidence-based therapeutic protocols and evaluate the long-term impact of this treatment modality.
