Fixed prosthetic rehabilitation, when guided by aesthetic-functional principles such as visagism, not only restores oral morphology and function but also influences the psychological well-being of patients. This systematic review aimed to analyze scientific evidence on the psychoemotional effects related to the use of fixed prostheses designed according to personalized facial harmony principles. Scientific databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science were consulted to select studies evaluating variables like self-esteem, aesthetic satisfaction, quality of life, and social perception. The findings revealed a significant improvement in psychosocial indicators following rehabilitation, highlighting the integral therapeutic value of this approach. It is concluded that applying visagism in fixed prosthetics represents an effective tool for enhancing emotional balance and personal acceptance in patients.
