Didactic model of development of the space - temporal contextualization skill in the History of Cuba

This article deals with aspects of the development of the space - temporal contextualization skill in the teaching learning process of the History of Cuba. The objective that it pursues the elaboration of a didactic model for the development of this skill in the students of the Bachelor's Degree in Especial Education, that contributes to their professional training. The scientific novelty of these research results is expressed in conceiving the space - temporal contextualization as a skill within the teaching learning process of the history of Cuba, that becomes a basic component of the historical content that allows to establish a gnoseological and methodological core, being structured from the integral relationship of time and historical space, favors in students the integration of knowledge and the development of a set of temporal, spatial and causal relationships that are established in dialectical interrelation.
