Trombastenia de Glanzmann: presentación de un caso
Resumen
La trombastenia de Glanzmann (TG) como término no resulta nada novedoso, pues muchas investigaciones se han realizado con casos de pacientes con mal funcionamiento de las plaquetas en los organismos, provocado por la consaguinidad, es decir, relaciones de pareja como la propia familia. La investigación desarrollada con un caso con diagnóstico de trombastenia de Glanzmann establecido en la niñez. La paciente ha causado y servido de impacto para el intercambio médico-paciente, acompañada de trastornos menstruales y una amenorrea de tres años de aparición, asociado a una infertilidad primaria atendida en el Centro Territorial de Reproducción Asistida de Cienfuegos, en el Hospital General Universitario “Dr. Gustavo Aldereguía Lima”. Por esta razón, ha sido requerida una búsqueda científica y práctica más profunda con relación al referido caso.

ABSTRACT
Glanzmann's thrombasthenia (TG) as a term is not new, since many investigations have been carried out with cases of patients with platelet malfunction in the organisms, caused by consanguinity, that is, relationships such as the family itself. The research developed with a case with a diagnosis of Glanzmann thrombasthenia established in childhood. The patient has caused and served as an impact for the doctor-patient exchange, accompanied by menstrual disorders and an amenorrhea of three years of onset, associated with a primary infertility attended at the Territorial Center for Assisted Reproduction of Cienfuegos, at the General University Hospital "Dr. Gustavo Aldereguía Lima”. For this reason, a deeper scientific and practical search has been required in relation to the referred case.
