La cultura profesional pedagógica del bibliotecario escolar

Resumen

La Cultura Profesional Pedagógica inmersa en todos los cambios, justifica que la formación del bibliotecario escolar debe responder a nuevas concepciones para lograr de manera sistemática el desarrollo de contenidos que se traduzcan en formas de pensar y actuar, frente a los problemas concretos que le plantea la vida profesional y social: dominar los contenidos de enseñanza del nivel en el cual trabaja, dominar las Ciencias de la Educación que le aportan las herramientas científicas y culturales para dirigir los procesos informacionales en la escuela, lo que permitiría acercarse a una concepción cultural que potencialice el desarrollo de una Cultura Profesional Pedagógica de las bibliotecarias escolares.

ABSTRACT

The Professional Pedagogic immersed Culture in all the changes, justifies that the formation of the school librarian must answer to new conceptions to achieve in a systematic way the development of contents that are translated in ways of thinking and to act, opposite to the concrete problems that him there raises the professional and social life: to dominate the contents of education of the level at which it is employed, to dominate the Sciences of the Education that him contribute the scientific and cultural tools to direct the processes informacionales in the school, which would allow to approach a cultural conception that promotes the development of a Professional Pedagogic Culture of the school librarians.
