La paz, valor esencial y el derecho al ambiente. Contribución para el Buen Vivir en Ecuador

Resumen

En el artículo se realiza una reflexión sobre la paz y el derecho al ambiente a partir del marco legal constitucional que garantiza el derecho a vivir en un ambiente sano. Todo lo cual lleva implícito, no solo justicia, pues no hay paz sin justicia, y ésta debe ser sostenible y duradera, así como derecho a un medio ambiente sostenible.

ABSTRACT

The article reflects on peace and the right to the environment based on the constitutional legal framework that guarantees the right to live in a healthy environment. All of which have implicit, not only justice, because there is no peace without justice, and this must be sustainable and lasting, as well as the right to a sustainable environment.
