La orientación de la familia para su desempeño educativo. Una visión inclusiva

Resumen

En las familias cubanas a pesar de los niveles educativos alcanzados existen dificultades que ponen de manifiesto una insuficiente orientación de la familia para su desempeño educativo. En la escuela primaria Vladimir I Lenin del municipio de Palmira existen escolares que incumplen el deber escolar 4por presentar alteraciones del comportamiento de tipo agresividad. En la familia de los mismos se manifiestan patrones de conductas inadecuadas, familias disfuncionales, carencia de afectos y otras dificultades entre las que se encuentra la agresividad. El trabajo expone una propuesta de actividades de orientación familiar, las mismas son dinámicas y poseen contenidos novedosos que ayudaran a los padres de estos escolares a bridarles ayuda y lograr que su conducta mejore de manera que se sientan apoyados. En el proceso investigativo se emplearon diferentes métodos lo que permitió, la determinación de las necesidades y la solución del problema científico. Esta investigación constituye una experiencia novedosa, porque logrará una mejor comunicación padre-hijo, y además fortalecerá relación escuela-familia.

ABSTRACT

In Cuban families, in spite of the educational levels reached, there are difficulties that reveal an insufficient orientation of the family for its educational performance. At the Vladimir I Lenin elementary school in the municipality of Palmira, there are schoolchildren who fail to comply with their school duty because of behavioral alterations of an aggressive nature. In the same family, there are patterns of inappropriate behaviors, dysfunctional families, lack of affection and other difficulties, among which is aggression. The work presents a proposal of family orientation activities, they are dynamic and have novel contents that will help the parents of these students to help them and help their behavior improve so that they feel supported. In the research process, different methods were used, which allowed the determination of the needs and the solution of the scientific problem. This research is a novel experience, because it will achieve better parent-child communication, and will also strengthen the school-family relationship.
