Afrontamiento docente del bullying. Una perspectiva multidimensional en las escuelas de educación básica

Resumen

El presente trabajo, pretende explicar desde una perspectiva multidimensional el rol de los docentes frente al fenómeno del bullying en la escuela. La metodología empleada responde al paradigma cualitativo, para lo cual se precisó el empleo de métodos de corte teórico como el de análisis y síntesis que permitió efectuar la revisión bibliográfica de las diferentes fuentes especializadas como páginas web, artículos científicos, tesis doctorales y de maestría entre otros, del mismo modo se utilizó el procedimiento comparativo para efectuar las triangulaciones teóricas y llegar a las conclusiones respectivas. Entre los principales hallazgos y con fines de revertir la difícil situación que causa el bullying se encontró que las aulas de clases y del contexto educativo y social, requieren de docentes más humanos y conscientes de la acción educativa que impulsen espacios de buena convivencia entre pares y en la comunidad en general.

ABSTRACT

The present work, tries to explain from a multidimensional perspective the role of the teachers in front of the phenomenon of the bullying in the school. The methodology used responds to the qualitative paradigm, for which it was necessary to use theoretical methods such as analysis and synthesis that allowed the bibliographic review of the different specialized sources such as web pages, scientific articles, doctoral theses and master's among others, in the same way the comparative procedure was used to carry out the theoretical triangulations and reach the respective conclusions. Among the main findings and with the purpose of reversing the difficult situation caused by bullying, it was found that the classrooms and the educational and social context require more human teachers and aware of the educational action that promote spaces of good coexistence among peers and in the community in general.
