Voto obligado en el Ecuador

Resumen

El voto obligado en el Ecuador establecido en la carta Fundamental de Derechos: entendiéndose que nuestro sistema electoral es democrático y que la democracia se caracteriza por el poder del estado que emana en el pueblo el mismo que manifiesta su voluntad eligiendo periódicamente a sus mandantes; por cuanto este derecho es obligatorio y de ser facultativo simple y sencillamente no se acercaría a votar y por ende el resultado en las URNAS, se manifestarían de manera más propicia la voluntad soberana de aquella población que tiene la voluntad y la facultad de elegir a sus mandantes. Para este efecto se estudiará de los antecedentes históricos del derecho al voto en el Ecuador, el derecho al voto obligatorio en el Ecuador, el Análisis de la posible aplicabilidad voto facultativo en el Ecuador, análisis Jurídico, propuesta de reforma haciendo del voto obligatorio facultativo.

ABSTRACT
