Cosmovisión gerencial desde la transcomplejidad. Una nueva construcción para las organizaciones actuales

Resumen

En el artículo se analiza la complejidad, el pensamiento complejo y la transcomplejidad, sin barreras disciplinarias, esquemas universales, diferencias entre lo natural y lo humano. También, sin obviar cualquier dimensión que valore el diálogo, lo diferente y el cambio constante como la única manera de transformar al mundo, en este caso el de la gerencia y las organizaciones. La transcomplejidad dota a la gerencia de inmensas posibilidades, de relaciones abiertas, no lineales, donde se produce conocimiento para mejorar, y donde se encuentra lo lógico, lo irracional, la incertidumbre, la certeza, lo simple, lo complejo y lo realmente transcendente.

ABSTRACT

The article analyzes complexity, complex thinking and transcomplexity, without disciplinary barriers, universal schemas, differences between the natural and the human. Also, without neglecting any dimension that values dialogue, the different and the constant change as the only way to transform the world, in this case that of management and organizations. Transcomplexity endows management with immense possibilities, with open, non-linear relationships, where knowledge is produced to improve, and where the logical, the irrational, the uncertain, the certain, the simple, the complex and the truly transcendent are found.
